Basic ART client service is available via phone and email free-of-charge. Basic services includes assistance with initial setup, basic training, and how-to support.

For advanced implementation services, Citation Certified Facilitators are available to help your company get started using ART for an additional fee.

Our certified facilitators have performed ART applicability reviews all around the world and can help you get the most out of a review session.

You can meet with our facilitators via phone or schedule an on-site visit – you decide what works best for you and your organization.
