Job Description

We are currently seeking an Inside Sales Account Manager professional, capable of engaging with prospects about their challenges in today’s Environmental, Safety & Health markets and aligning their needs to our newest generation of regulatory compliance services. In this role, you will be targeting new acquisition prospects throughout the United States and Canada by making outbound calls. The chosen candidate will possess a passion for growth in the ESH industry, have general knowledge about the issues affecting today’s target markets, and fundamentally understands the importance of developing a positive return on investment for our customers. Whether it’s providing our new generation of Internet-delivered services, our representatives will provide truly unique capabilities that will enable our customers to make smarter financial decisions.

Job Requirements

Excellent interpersonal communication skills; written and verbal. Ability to communicate positively, professionally and empathetically.
Education: BA/BS Experience: 2+ years Manages Others: No
Duties include but not limited to:
  • Develop new account opportunities through prospecting activities including cold calling, marketing seminars, Webinars, target mailing, and client referrals.
  • Listen actively during calls for sales opportunities and customer’s points of pain.
  • Sell value by leveraging Citation Technologies’ unique capabilities.
  • Proactively following up with potential accounts to answer inquiries regarding product, pricing, billing, etc.
  • Service accounts by processing orders and quotes, answering inquiries regarding products, pricing, availability, and credit questions via phone and/or email.
  • Maintain and update customer information in Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0.
  • Set up new appointments for the Sales Executives.
  • Maintain deals in the Pipeline for the Sales Team.
  • Penetrate new customer business segments within an existing base of clientele, i.e. primary contact may be IT Purchasing at organization however, Inside Sales Representative is able to locate the buyer that makes all purchase decisions.
