Notice to Agencies: Citation does not accept unsolicited resumes from staffing vendors, including recruiting agencies and/or search firms. Citation has a preferred provider list and does not pay fees to any vendors without a current signed agreement on file. Any staffing vendor, person, or entity that submits a resume into this career site or to a Citation hiring manager directly does so with the understanding that the applicant’s resume will become the property of Citation. Citation will have the right to hire that applicant at its discretion without any fee owed to the submitting agency, person or entity. Staffing agencies who are on Citation’s preferred provider list, shall submit resumes according to Citation’s established processes and only for those positions which Citation has directly engaged the agency on.
