To that end, all CyberRegs users receive unlimited and FREE training, including:

• Private one-on-one or group training via live web conference scheduled at a time that works for you
• Open enrollment classes for CyberRegs users held at regular intervals via live web conference
• Online user guides and email support available

In addition, Customer Services will help you customize your Early Warning System (EWS) profile to maximize relevant results.

Attending a Open Enrollment Training Session

CyberRegs’ open enrollment training sessions are published online. At any time, you may view the calendar of currently scheduled trainings and click on the links to register – it’s that easy!

Training Timeline

As a CyberRegs’ customer, you control the pace of the training.

In-depth training can be completed in as little as 2 weeks, or if you choose, it can be staggered over several months.

Regardless of what pace you choose, Customer Service is available for FREE additional training at any time.
